Zenescope to add Horrorscope to
growing list of upcoming titles for 2010
The anticipation for Zenescope's upcoming Grimm Fairy Tales' spinoff
mini-series NEVERLAND is rapidly
growing. The new title is scheduled to hit shelves this December and
is promising to blow people away with an dark, twisted and unexpected
take on the legendary story of Peter Pan. But Neverland isn't the only
new title on Zenescope's incredible slate for 2010. Plans to publish a
new comic book mini-series entitled
HORRORSCOPE have also just been announced. The intense
supernatural thriller is the brainchild of Brian Evans
and is about a young psychic whose brutal murder triggers a physical
manifestation of the signs of the zodiac which rise to seek vengeance
for his death. Horrorscope is tentatively scheduled for a mid to late
2010 release.
Other highly anticipated titles for 2010 include the much talked about
Grimm Fairy Tales' DANTE'S INFERNO
which is scheduled for a February start as well as brand new science
fiction mini-series AGON and
MERC which will both debut early
next year. But be sure to also keep an eye out for more exciting
announcements coming very soon!

Zenescope Cancels "No Quarter" Plans
Zenescope Entertainment and No Quarter Entertainment have
decided to cancel their plan to launch the pirate-themed comic book
entitled NO QUARTER which was originally set for a June 2009 release
date. The venture was anticipated by Zenescope fans, especially those
hungry for a pirate series. "We feel bad that we let our fans down a
bit after promoting the release and getting some great feedback but
unfortunately sometimes the unexpected occurs." said Zenescope
Executive VP, Ralph Tedesco "We do wish No Quarter Entertainment luck
with their future endeavors and hopefully the book will be published
at some point, even if it's not under the Zenescope label."
Zenescope will still be launching two brand new titles this summer
that have yet to be announced, both are set to debut preview issues at
Comic Con International in July.
